For more than 27 years, through our consulting arm, we have had the privilege and joy of working with many teams in a wide variety of companies, at all levels and over every function – Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Production, HR and Finance.

Many of those teams consisted of very bright and conscientious individuals, some at the very top in their chosen field and yet somehow the teams that they led or belonged to were not necessarily performing at their optimum.
