ServiceStar Membership Fees

All of our pricing is on a yearly basis which starts from when your business is first listed on this site, i.e. after certification. Businesses applying for listing are required to pass the certification process before listing.
Depending on the size of your business, the benefits of ServiceStar Membership can be yours from as little as $330 p.a. including GST.

SERVICESTAR MEMBERSHIP - ANNUAL FEES

Includes: ServiceStar Certification through a professional independent Customer Satisfaction Survey, Customer Satisfaction Scorecard, Membership Certificate, Listing on ServiceStar web site in relevant categories, use of ServiceStar logo in signage and other marketing, our marketing support by promoting ServiceStar through our database of consumers, electronic Members’ newsletters relating to customer service news and access to a ServiceStar consultant.

Use the table below to work out ServiceStar Membership investment for your business. If your data base includes email addresses we would use an e-survey, if it only includes mail addresses we would use a mail survey. If you only have telephone numbers we would do a telephone survey.

Membership renewals are discounted by 25%

Certification involves contacting a number of customers to gain Consumer Satisfaction and Loyalty scores plus any comments. The more customers a business has, the more need to be contacted in order to ensure the results are credible (statistically valid) and therefore the fees are on a sliding scale. As part of certification you receive a Customer Satisfaction Scorecard documenting the results of the Customer Satisfaction Survey including customers' comments.
