Directories site belongs to ServiceStar Directories or its listed
Members. Users may not do anything which interferes with or breaches
those intellectual property rights.

competition, breach of Trade Practices or Fair Trading legislation,
violations of rights of privacy, confidential information, licences,
loyalty rights or other intellectual property rights.

all activities of ServiceStar Directories are made and concluded in
New South Wales, Australia.

conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of New South
Wales, Australia. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction there.

For the purposes of

Users means all users
of the website, including consumers and Members.
·
Clients means
businesses which use the services of ServiceStar.
